Your access to and use of Melia Hair Extensions (the “Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. The term Melia Hair Extensions or ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they may affect your legal rights. When registering and purchasing goods from Melia Hair Extensions, you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions of Sale. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions, disclaimers and privacy policy contained in this notice which governs our relationship with you. Professional business use only
Products sold via an account held with us are for professionals working in the hair and beauty industry only. Payment plans are not available to trade customers. By purchasing using your account from our Website, you are accepting that you are a professional and this is a Business to Business Sale. Please note that Business to Business sales are not subject to standard consumer rights covered by Distance Selling Regulations. Our products should not be purchased unless you are fully qualified and insured in the application and removal of hair extensions and have read and agree to use our products following our aftercare advice which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference. These aftercare products must have been purchased within the same order as the hair. If you do not agree to any part of the aftercare advice, you should stop using our website immediately. Melia Hair Extensions will not accept any liability for incorrect fitting or injury to others whilst using our products. As a professional, you agree to abide by best practices, including collecting a signed consultation form from clients prior to hair purchase and inspecting the hair between 2-4 weeks after purchase.
If you resell our products on to clients, you will enter into a new contract with your client which is independent from our business to business terms and contract with you. It is your responsibility to resolve any complaints your client has, regardless of your complaints or returns procedure with us. To minimise complaints, you should manage your client’s expectations and make them aware that hair extensions are a human product, so texture, thickness and colour fading can vary significantly between batches.
Product information and descriptions
You should only use the Melia Hair Extensions colour ring to match your client’s hair colour, as images on a computer screen may vary significantly to real-life. The number of strands, weight and width of hair extensions is approximate and may vary slightly due to being made by hand. The “lifespan” of our hair given in each description is merely an estimate of the maximum longevity which cannot be guaranteed due to Hair Extensions being a perishable product. “Double drawn” hair relates to hair that has had some of the shorter strands removed, making the ends thicker than single drawn. This does not ensure that all of the hairs will be the same length, as only some of the shorter hairs are removed. Hair extensions are a natural product, therefore some variation will occur between bundles, including colour variations between the top and bottom of the hair length. You must ensure that you are happy with the colour, weight, thickness, length and quality before using any hair extensions as these cannot be returned once opened. We will assume acceptance of any products if you have not contacted us to notify us of any issues within 3 days.
Melia Hair Extensions will only replace or refund opened or used goods if all products are returned in full and proven to be faulty after testing within 30 days of purchase. Testing will be at our discretion if we believe there may be a fault and will only be considered if aftercare has been followed. We will not consider third party test results of open or used hair. If no fault is present, or the goods have been damaged due to poor application or aftercare, the goods will be returned to you and the dispute will be considered resolved. Exchanges or refunds will be refused for hair extensions that have faded in colour, have been coloured or toned in any way, or for hair that has not been maintained with our recommended hair products (see Aftercare). When purchasing from our Website, you agree to our Delivery and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that descriptions and prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description when receiving your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/description or cancelling it for a full refund. If we do not notice the error or are unable to contact you, we will assume acceptance of the goods in line with our returns policy.
Pricing and payment terms
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order made by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all the details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. You will liable for any payment reversal or chargebacks made using your account. Payment is required in full before any goods can be dispatched. All prices are displayed in currency GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping and delivery charges will be added separately and displayed in the total cost. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be held responsible.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All Content included on the Website (text, graphics, images, audio, video, software and any other form of information), unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Melia Hair Extensions or other relevant third parties. You acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not reproduce, modify, copy, store, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of Melia Hair Extensions. You may not use the Website in any way to cause damage or that is unlawful, illegal, abusive or otherwise objectionable to the Website or its users.

You agree to indemnify and hold Melia Hair Extensions, its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, aftercare advice or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website or our products.

Allergies
A patch test should be conducted for all purchased products to ensure you or your client does not have a negative reaction. This includes any fitting attachments such as tape, adhesive and metal rings, as well as hair extensions themselves which have been coloured with various hair dyes that may wash out onto the scalp. We will not accept liability or offer any refunds when an allergic reaction to our products has occurred.
