Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day.

Royal Mail Standard 2-3 Working Days £3.95

Royal Mail 1st Class £4.50

Royal Mail Next Day By 1pm £8.50

Europe Tracked 3-5 Working Days £14.50

International Tracked 6-7 Working Days £18.50

Any orders placed at the weekend, on an English bank holiday, or after 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times are estimates only from the date of dispatch and are subject to the courier’s own terms and conditions. Melia Hair Extensions will not be held liable for any delays in delivery. In the event of any items deemed missing on delivery, you must keep all of the original packaging to enable a claim to be processed against the courier.

Please ensure you enter your shipping address wholly and correctly. We will not accept any liability, nor offer any refunds for goods that are delivered to the wrong address if this has been entered incorrectly at the time of ordering.


Returns Policy

We do advise that you purchase our colour ring to match your colour or send a sample of hair to us for matching, but we will be happy to exchange any item for an alternative colour. 

If you have changed your mind about your product, or believe it has arrived not as described, you must register your return with us within 3 days for an exchange or credit ([email protected]). Please let us know if you find any significant differences in Hair Extension colour in comparison to your colour ring, so that we are able to identify any issues and remove stock as efficiently as possible.

All items must be returned to us unopened and in the original condition within 14 days. Exchanges and credits will be void if any tags, ties or packaging have been removed, or if your order information has not been included. Our packing process is fully tracked via CCTV and parcel weight, so any items reported missing will be traceable.

If hair extensions or goods are found to be faulty beyond reasonable wear and tear, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to report these faults to us at [email protected]. You will then have a further 7 days to return the full and complete items for testing. Failure to include any part of the items or your return details may result in the goods being destroyed and your exchange being void. Please note that you are bound to follow our aftercare advice when purchasing goods from Melia Hair Extensions. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty goods on a like for like basis to the value of the returned goods only.

You will be responsible for any delivery costs incurred when returning your items unless the fault lies with ourselves. We will not be held liable for returned items that do not reach us – you must use a tracked delivery service when returning your items.
