This flexible tape method can be fitted in longer strips or cut into smaller pieces for full customisation. This makes for a faster and more efficient fitting, removal and refitting process, due to having less individual pieces that need removing and re-taping.
We recommend installing them as one longer strip at the back, and two smaller pieces at the front on each row. This helps for wearing the hair up in a ponytail or half up, half down, as well as combining multiple colours to create mixed or highlighted effects.

This makes the fitting, removal and refitting process a complete breeze, having less individual pieces that need removing and re-taping.
We recommend installing them as one longer strip at the back, and two smaller pieces at the front on each row. This helps for being able to wear the hair up in a ponytail or half up, half down, giving full customisation and the perfect compromise between a Weave and Nano Rings.
You are able to combine two different colour tapes together to create a mixed or highlighted colour effect. It has no return hair or “fringe” at the top, making it more comfortable to wear and limiting matting.
Melia Hair Extensions use only 100% human remy hair, ethically sourced from virgin European and Russian heritage ponytails. Our extensions have an estimated lifespan of 18-24 months using our essential aftercare range. However, some clients keep their extensions in beautiful, silky-smooth condition for much longer.
The weight and width may vary slightly due to being made by hand. We recommend using 3-4 Nano Tape Wefts for a full head application (3 for medium hair, and 4 for thicker hair) and 1-2 wefts for a half head application.
Please only use the Melia Hair Extensions colour ring to match your client’s hair. We do have general cross-match colour chart for other suppliers’ colour rings available in our Facebook Group, but you should not rely solely on this.
